LOOKING BACK... 2009 reports for No's 68 & 70 Conway Drive, we have maintained our 3 stars for both of these homes. This means we will be classed as an excellent service for our second year running. Freedom Care would like to thank all of the staff, service users and their families for all of their hard work.

What is in our stars?
With the introduction of star ratings for all care homes on the 7th May 2008. We are pleased to give our website users the following information.
The overall rating for all of our 3 residential homes is 3 stars!
The ratings scale is:
- 0 stars - poor
- 1 star - adequate
- 2 stars - good
- 3 stars - excellent
In May 2008, we introduced measures to help reduce our environmental impact. Changes that we have made are: Composting bins on all sites, water butts for collecting rainwater, using eco friendly cleaning products such as Ecover and Bio D, energy saving light bulbs, comprehensive recycling of glass, cardboard, paper and metal. We have recently had our old boilers replaced with new energy efficient ones in their place. Any suggestions on further measures that we can undertake to be more environmentally friendly will be welcomed.
