“A posse ad esse” – from possibility to actuality
All aspects of care and support are excellent. It’s a safe and happy environment where the service users are treated with respect and dignity in the home and community. A home where the service user lives life to the full, where all concerned get on well together. Family members are kept unto date with health and welfare matters concerning their relative.
We are impressed at the way staff so quickly and thoroughly showed their understanding of the way our daughter’s mind works. (Obviously this cannot be complete, but it has been impressive.)
Jonathan seems to be very happy and I am pleased with all the opportunities he is being given. Any difficulties or poor behaviour seem to be sorted out very effectively. Thank You!
A life full of activities with well trained staff around to support is what we wanted for our son. The Chantry provides this and more with weekly updates and timetables being forwarded to us so we know what he is doing and going to do. His trust in the staff has also enabled him to go on holiday to Scarborough which he loved!! Well done to all the staff for such a caring and positive attitude towards him.
Caring, friendly staff ready to listen and support and queries or concerns the family may have for their loved ones. Can’t tell you how reassured this makes us feel
The team at Freedom Care make things work to achieve the best possible outcome for our daughter who has complex ASD and mental health needs. Thank You!!
